How do I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we are still able to cancel your order. Please contact us during our customer service hours. In case the order has already been shipped, our standard return procedure applies.

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately at info@ilecara.com
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us, if you do this on the same day we can ship the items together.

Order confirmation

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. If you can’t find your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folders. Otherwise, email us info@ilecara.com and we get back to you.

If the payment is not received correctly, you will receive an on hold mail. That means that we do not ship your item until the payment has been made correctly.

VAT

VAT (21%) is included on all orders in Europe, and is included in the listed retail price. You can see the final price at the checkout.

Warranty

Each piece of ILECARA jewellery comes with a six month warranty. If your jewellery needs repair within the six months, please send us a mail to info@ilecara.com.
