How do I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we are still able to cancel your order. Please contact us during our customer service hours. In case the order has already been shipped, our standard return procedure applies.

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately at info@ilecara.com
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us, if you do this on the same day we can ship the items together.

I did not received my package

Please take a look at our shipping page. If your package comes later then the estimated delivery time please contact us at info@ilecara.com and we help you further.

I would like to buy an item that is sold out

If the item is sold out, you can fill in your e-mail address on the page of the product that you like. When we have the item back in stock you will receive an email that the product is available again.

Order confirmation

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. If you can’t find your confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folders. Otherwise, email us info@ilecara.com and we get back to you.

If the payment is not received correctly, you will receive an on hold mail. That means that we do not ship your item until the payment has been made correctly.

Warranty

Each piece of ILECARA jewelry comes with a six-month warranty counting from the date of purchase. If it is a product error, we will give you a new item at no cost.

  • A photo of the broken item and an explanation
