RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you are eligible for a refund or exchange within those days.
If 14-days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The returned item must be in an unused condition and the original packaging.
To return an item please complete the return form, you can download the return form here. Or you can change and return items in our showroom.
For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of earrings.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product gets lost this is not our responsibility, lost orders will not be refunded.

REFUNDS
Once the item is checked you will receive an email if the return is accepted or rejected.
The refund will be processed with the original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

EXHANGES
To exchange an item you need to make a return and place a new order.
If the item is defective or damaged please report this to us at info@ilecara.com.
